The CreteAngle® Multiflow Forced Action Pan Mixer Model 'L' Heavy Duty has been designed for heavy and constant use factory/site production. Therefore is suitable for a wide range of materials including dry, semi-dry and viscous. This covers materials such as concrete and concrete based products, resins (acrylic, epoxy, polyester etc); and polymers.
The Model 'L' Heavy Duty is used in a number of areas including floor screeds (concrete, resins), mixing of specialised aggregates for resin bound driveways; as well as specialised soil mixing.
The CreteAngle® Multiflow Forced Action Pan Mixer Model 'L' Heavy Duty has a complete and rapid mixing action achieving an amazingly high output, due to the unique paddle/blade arrangement that provides a perfect batch mix in 1 minute or under.
This model can be transported and moved around a factory, building site or work area and can be moved through standard sized doorways.
The mixing pan and blades are guarded with a Safety Headguard supplied with the mixer. The Headguard has a mesh aperture through which additional material may be added and the mix viewed. Automatic power take-up is fitted as standard; mixing automatically starts and stops safely as the mixing head is lowered and raised.
The Model 'L' Heavy Duty can be fitted with a Pan Tipper which enables the material to be discharged into a wheelbarrow or onto the ground, the Pan Tipper handle is removable for transportation.
Alternatively, the pan can be removed with a Pan Trolley enabling a number of pans to be used, which increases output and makes it easy to deal with different types of mix without stopping to clean out the pans.
Spare parts, such as replacement blades and pans are readily available from stock. Wear is kept to a minimum by the hard facing applied to the leading edges of the blades, and the heavy duty pan supplied ensures a long life. The mixer is easy to operate and maintain, the materials and components used are of the highest quality. The Model 'L' Heavy Duty Pan Mixer can be supplied in all standard Electric voltages including 110V for site use, Lister Petter Diesel or Honda Petrol engines.

Also available, is the Model 'L 112' Forced Action Pan Mixer with a capacity of 4 cu.ft./112 litres. This model has a pan size of 760mm dia. x 410mm deep and is available in electric, diesel or petrol power. It was primarily developed for mixing low density, light weight materials such as Rubber crumb/Wetpour and Rubber Mulch for safety surfacing children’s play areas, sports stadiums and running tracks etc.
