The CreteAngle® Multiflow Forced Action Pan Mixer Model 'L112' has been designed for Rubber Crumb/Wetpour/Rubber Mulch and other low density light-weight materials, for safety surfacing children’s play areas, sports stadiums and running tracks etc. It has a complete and rapid mixing action achieving an amazingly high output. A complete mix being completed in 1 minute or under.
The Model 'L112' is fitted as standard with a Pan Tipper, which enables the materials to be discharged into a wheelbarrow or onto the ground, and a set of four site wheels and two axles.
The mixing pan and blades are guarded with a safety Headguard supplied with the mixer. The Headguard has a mesh aperture through which additional materials may be added and the mix viewed. Automatic power take-up is fitted as standard. Mixing automatically starts and stops as the mixing head is lowered and raised.
This model can also be supplied with an easy lift head that is equipped with a gas spring.
The Model 'L112' can be supplied with EU manufactured electric motors including 110V for site use, Lister Petter diesel or Honda petrol engines (with electric start options).
Spare parts, such as replacement blades and pans are readily available from stock. The supplied heavy duty pan ensures a long life. The mixer is easy to operate and maintain as the materials and components used are of the highest quality. Also available, is the CreteAngle® Model 'L' Heavy Duty Pan Mixer with a pan capacity of 105 litres and mix capacity of 56 litres. This model has a pan size of 635mm dia. x 330mm deep and is available in electric, petrol or diesel power. It is ideal for mixing most semi-dry to viscous materials for heavy duty site use and factory production, etc.
